County of Alachua } This Indenture made this
                  } 21st day of March AD 1867
between S.P. Bevill of said State and County
of the one part and R.H. Bevill of the same
State and County of the other part,
 Witnesseth that the said S.P. Bevill for
and in consideration of the sum of three
thousand Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said R.H. Bevill the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged does by these
presents give, grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the said R.H. Bevill his heirs
and assigns the following peices or
parcels of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida
known and distinguished as South East
quarter of Section (25) twenty five South of
Range (19) Nineteen East containing one hundred
and sixty (160) acres more or less, also the
SW quarter of section (25) twenty five Township
(9) nine Range (18) eighteen, also the West
half of the NW quarter of section (25) twenty
five Township (9) nine Range (18) eighteen
containing (240) two hundred and forty
acres more or less together with all the
privileges & appurtenances thereunto belonging
in any wise appertaining.
 To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said R.H. Bevill his heirs
and assigns in fee simple
And the said S.P. Bevill will and his
heirs Executors and administrators shall
the said property to the said R.H. Bevill
his heirs Executors & administrators forever
warrant and defend against the lawful
demands of all persons whatever.
And I Lavinia Bevill wife of the
said S.P. Bevill for the consideration
afore said and for divers other good
& valuable considerations, do hereby re-
linquish release and quit claim unto
the said R.H. Bevill his heirs executors
& administrators all my right claim
or possibility of Dower in or out of
the afore described premises
