              This Indenture made this
First day of January AD One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty four, between Philip Dell of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the first part And Adam A. Robinson of the same
place party of the Second part Witnesseth
That the aid party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Ten thousand
dollars, to him in hand paid by the Said party
