and conveyed, and by these presents doth grant
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns all
those certain tracts, parcels and Lots of Land lying
being and situated in the County of Alachua and
Known distinguished and described as follows to wit
So much of the East half of the South East quarter of
Section twenty one, and of the West half of the North west
Quarter and of the West half of the South West Quarter
of Section Twenty two and of the North East Quarter of
Section Twenty Eight, and of the West half of the North
West Quarter, and East half of the North West Quarter
and North East Quarter of Section Twenty seven in Township
Seven Range Eighteen East, that lies East of a Certain
Stream or Branch known as the Townsend Branch and
the E half of the South East Quarter, and the South West
Quarter of the South East Quarter of section Twenty two, and
the West half of the SW1/4 and the South East Quarter of
the South West Quarter, and the West half of the South East
Quarter of Section Twenty three and the North West Quarter
of Section twenty six Township Seven Range Eighteen contain
=ing in all about One thousand and thirteen acres more or 
less. To Have and to Hold, the above described lands together
with all and singular the rights titles and interest, heredit
=aments, tenements and appurtenances unto the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto him the said party of 
the second part his heirs Administrators and assigns so
in fee simple Forever, And I the said Philip Dell party
of the first part for my self, my heirs Administrators and
assigns, do covenant with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assign that I have the right to convey
said Lands, and that I am seized in fee simple absolute
of the same and will forever Warrant and defend the titles to
said lands against the suit or claim of any person or
persons whomsoever - In testimony I have hereunto set
