do grant, bargain, sell and convey and deliver unto the
said Adam A. Robinson his heirs and assigns all right
title and interest dower and right of dower to the lands
described in the within deed made by Philip Dell
and do hereby forever relinquish and renounce all my right
to the same unto the said Adam A. Robinson his heirs and
assigns - In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my

State of Florida } This Indenture made the
Alachua County   } Fifth day of November one thou-
                 } sand eight hundred and Sixty
six, between F.P. Olmstead party of the first
part and George M. Galpin party of the second
part of the County and State aforesaid,
Witnesseth that the party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred and fifty Dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain and sell unto the said
party of the second part a certain lot of
Land lying and being situate in the Town
of Newnansville County and State aforesaid
Known and described on the Maps of said
Town as follows, to wit, Commencing at the
North West corner of Block Number Four (4) of
Range Number Two (2) running East Seventy
six feet thence South fifty one and a half feet
