This Indenture made this the fifth day of
March in the year One thousand eight hun-
dred and sixty seven.  Between Phillip Dell
Executor of B.M. Dell deceased late of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part and Martha B. Sistere of the same
place, Witnesseth, That the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of Four hundred dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt	whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have given granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do give
grant bargain sell and convey unto to the 
said Martha B. Sistere and to her heirs and 
assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel 
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua 
and State of Florida known as the West half of 
North West quarter and the NW1/4 of South West quarter 
of Section six in Township Eight South of Range 
Nineteen (19) East, and East half of North East 
Quarter and the SW1/4 of North East quarter of 
section One in Township Eight South of Range 
Eighteen East containing two hundred and forty 
acres more or less.
   To have and to hold the aforesaid premises 
with the appurtenance thereunto belonging or 
in any wise appertaining unto the said Martha 
B. Sistere in fee simple forever.

State of Florida }  Know all men by these
Alachua County   }  presents that I Mary M.
		 }  Dell wife Phillip Dell for
and in consideration of the sum or One
Dollar to me in hand paid this receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby renounce
and relinquish all my Dower and right of
Dower of in and to the lands described in 
the foregoing Deed.
