at it now stands & running from said corner due
South two hundred and thirty three feet thence
due East one hundred and eighty nine feet
thence due North Two hundred and thirty three
feet to the Road, thence due west one hundred
and eighty nine feet, along said Road to the
point of beginning and containing in all One
acre And the said Francis L. Freyer his
heirs Executors & administrators will warrant
and defend the title to the above described
Land unto the said party of the second part
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
any rights therein, In witness whereof the

hereby acknowledge, that I freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehend-
sion or fear of or from said husband hereby renounce
and relinquish all right of Dower in the parcel of
Land conveyed by the foregoing Deed to Limas
A. Andrews Agent for the M.E. Church at Mican-
