AD 1863, before me personally came Margaret J. Sanchez
described in the within conveyance the said Margaret J.
Sanchez being known to me to be the individual described
in, and who executed the said conveyance; and she
acknowledged in a private examination by me made
apart from her husband, that she executed the same freely
without any fear or compulsion of him

Know all men by these presents, that we James R.
Sanchez and Margaret J. Sanchez of the town of Gaines
=ville in the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to us
in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, by James P. Sanchez of the same place of the
Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant
and convey, unto the said party of the Second part his
executors administrators and assigns, One certain House
and Lot of ground bounded as follows North by Street
running and fronting on Court House Square East by
William Strickland South and West by James Beattie
To Have and to hold the same unto the said James P.
Sanchez his heirs Executors and administrators and
assigns forever. And we do for ourselves our heirs
executors and administrators covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part & warrant
