This Indenture made the fourteenth day of February 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and Sixty Seven Between Matilda S. Brown adm-
-inistratrix of all and Singular the goods and chattels 
rights and credits which were of the estate of the 
late George L. Brown deceased of Alachua County 
and State of Florida of the first part and 
James Pendarvis of the said County and State 
of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part by virtue and authority to her
given in and by and order issued from the 
Judge of the Probate Court of Alachua County
and for and in consideration of the Sum of 
one hundred and twenty five dollars lawful 
money of the United States to her in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have 
granted bargained Sold aliened released conveyed 
and confirmed and by these presents do grant 
bargain Sell alien convey and confirm unto 
the said party of the second part his heirs and
