parcel of land lying in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida Known and described as
Lot No 3 in 1/2 range of Newnansville and Lot 4 in 1/2
of Range of Newnansville
Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise belonging, And
also all the estate right title interest claim demand
whatsoever both in law and Equity which the
Said Intestate had in his life time of in or to
the same
To have and to hold the above premises
above mentioned and described with their appur-
-tenances unto the party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns to his and their only proper
use benefit and behoof for ever
