This Indenture made the twenty third
day of January in the year of our Lord, One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty Seven, and in the ninety first year of the Indep
=endance of the United States of America, Between William K.
Bauknight of Alachua County and said State of the first
part, and Elizabeth Stanyard Mixson of Alachua Couty
and State above mentioned of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in considera
-tion of the sum of One hundred dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
by the said Elizabeth Mixson the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by
these presents doth grant and convey to the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and which is known and
described as follows to wit the South West Quarter of the
South East quarter of Section Sixteen in Township Eleven
South of Range Eighteen East and containing forty Acres
more or less, together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtinances and all
the Estate title and interest of the said party of the first
part therein, and the said party of the first part doth
