Second part that at the time of the delivery hereof the
                  first
said party of the second part is he lawful owner of the
premises above granted and Seized thereof in fee simple
absolute, and that he the said party of the second part
he will warrant and defend the above granted premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of

                        This Indenture made this the
tenth day of June One thousand Eight hundred & sixty seven
between Thomas M. Colbert County of Noxubee State of 
Mississippi of the first part, and George A. Penny County of
Alachua State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of Eleven hundred dollars United States Currency
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowle-
-dged; hath bargained, granted, sold, aliened, & confirmed
& by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release &
convey to George A. Penny the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain part parcel
or lot of land lying & being in the Town of Gainesville
County of Alachua State of Florida, known and describe
as follows to wit, Block 4 of Range (6) six and to
have and to hold the same together with all and
Singular the heriditaments, appurtinances, and all the
estate title & interest of the party of the first part therein
contained, And the party of the first part doth agree
to & with the party of the Second part that at the date
