presents, and which building is owned by John Kennedy
of Chattanooga in the State of Tennessee. To Have and
to hold the Said Stock of goods, wares, and Merchandise
and every of them by these presents bargained, Sold, and
assigned, released and Confirmed, unto the said Rich
=ard L. Wilson, to his only proper use, benefit and behoof
and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever
And I the said Abraham Redwine for myself my
heirs, administrators and assigns do hereby Covenant
with the Said Richard L. Wilson, that I am the lawful
owner of the goods, wares and Merchandise aforesaid,
that I have good right and proper authority to dispose
of the Same as aforesaid and that I will warrant and
defend the Same unto the Said Richard L. Wilson his heirs
administrators and assigns against all persons claiming
or to claim the Same, by through or under me forever
