Alachua County   } This Indenture made this thirtieth 
day of May AD 1867, between John R. Campell & Matilda
his wife of the County & State aforesaid parties of the first
part & Joseph Wavasseur of the said County and State of
the second part, Witnesseth that the parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred
dollars to them paid have granted, bargained, sold,
and assigned unto the said party of the second part
the following described town Lot in the Town of Newnans
=ville County & State aforesaid to wit Lot No fourteen
Seventy five & half feet front, & one hundred & five feet back
bounded on the North & West by the lots owned by the said
parties of the first part, together with all and singular
the tenements & heriditaments thereunto belonging or in
any wise appurtaining. Also all interest title, claim,
dower or right of dower or demands whatsoever, To Have
and to hold to the party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns forever, in fee simple. And the parties of the first
part for themselves their heirs and assigns, doth covenant
with the party of the second part, that they are seized
of a good Estate of inheritance therein with good
right to sell and convey the same, that the parties of
the first part their heirs & assigns will warrant &
forever defend the parties of the Second part in the just
and peaceable enjoyment of the same In witness whereof
the parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands & seals the day and year first above written

Alachua County   } I, Martha Campbell wife of John
R. Campbell do hereby acknowledge that the foregoing
relinquishment & renunciation of dower is my act and
deed & I hereby declare that the same was made freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from my said husband
