for said County personally came John R. Campbell &
Matilda A. Campbell his wife parties of the first
part to the foregoing deed, who acknowledged the same
to be their own act and given for the purposes & uses therein
mentioned, Given under my hand & Seal this 30th May

This Indenture made on this the Twenty third day of
March Anodomini Eighteen hundred and Sixty Seven
by and between William R. Lewis of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Mary A. Myers of Richland District State of South
Carolina party of the Second part
           Witnesseth that the Said party of
first part for and consideration of the Sum of five
Hundred Dollars Lawfull Money of the United States
to him in hand paid at and before the Ensealing
and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath Granted bargained
Sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
Grant bargain Sell convey and confirm unto
the Said party of the Second part all that cer
tain Tract parcel or lot of land Lying and being
Situated in the Town of Gainesville County and State
aforesaid and Known and described as follows to wit
Lot one (1) Block number three Rang Seven (7)
as per plat or map of Said Town of Gainesville
made on the Eighth day of September Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Sixty Six Runing two hun
dred feet north and South - and one hundred East
and West
    Together with all and Singular the Ten
ements and appurtenances Hereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining
    To have and to hold the herein before
