Columbia Alachua County   }  Know all Men by these presents that I
         Abraham Redwine of Alachua County State Florida
         for and in consideration of the Sum of Two thousand
         Dollars to me in hand now here paid by Richard L.
         Wilson of the Same place the Receipt Whereof is hereby
         acknowledged have Sold transferred assigned delivered
         and Set over and by these presents do Sell transfer
         assign, deliver and Set over to the Said Richard
         L. Wilson his heirs and assigns all my Book ac
         counts and provisions notes of Every discription
         now due me as per Schedule hereunto annext to
         have and to hold the Same unto the Said Richard
         L. Wilson his heirs and assigns to his and their
         only proper use and behoof for Ever and in
         order to facilitate the collection of the Said ac
         counts and notes I do hereby constitute and appoint
         the Said Richard L. Wilson my True and lawfull
         attorney irrevocable and for value received as a
         for Said with full power and authority to collect
         arrange Sue for Recover and Receipt for the Same
         and Generally to do and perform any and Every
         act or thing which may be necessary to be done in
         the premises in as full and ample and beneficial
         a manner to all intents and purposes as I might
         or could do the Same in witness whereof I have
         hereunto Set my hand and Seal this nineteenth
         day of June AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty

         and voluntary act and deed for the uses and
         purposes therein Expressed
