Grant {      And also the south Half of a certain Spanish Grant lying
      {      and being in the vicinity of the town of Ocala and Known
      {      as the Gabriel Per Poll grant and also lot 3 of section (6)
             in township 17 of Range 24 East saving the angular portion
6-17-24      listed in deed from S.M.G. Gary to the said first part dated
             Dec 3d 1862 All said lands being in the County and
      {      State aforesaid. Also one half of the entirety of the following
9-17  {      described lands being the County of Alachua in the said State
      {      to wit Sections (twenty five)(thirteen)(fifteen)(twenty three)(eleven)
      {      one three and the W1/2 of the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the
      {      NE1/4 of section (27) and the East half of Section (nine) in
      {      Township nine of Range Seventeen S & E also Section (twenty nine)
             thirty three nine five seven seventeen twenty seven and fifteen
             in township nine of Range eighteen S & E also the SE 1/4 of Section
             (Seven) and the N 1/2 and the SW 1/4 of section seven in township
             ten of Range eighteen: amounting in aggregate to eight
             thousand six hundred and forty four 01/100 acres also all
             household and Kitchen furniture consisting of bureaus,
             bedsteads, chairs, carpets, tables, bedding, bed linens wash-
             -stands, Crockery glass ware, Knives, forks, spoons, pots,
             pans, Kettles, stove ovens and all agrecultrial implements
             and twelve head of Mules, two horse four waggons one
             Carriage and fifty Sheep and one hundred and thirty five
             hogs and all the rest and residue of personal estate.
                Together with all and singular the members, rights
             tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the said granted
             premises incident - To have and to hold all and singular
             the lands goods and Chattles unto the said second party
             as trustee forever.  Upon Condition Nevertheless that if
             the said party of the first part his heirs executors ad-
             -ministrators shall well and truly pay the amt of indebtedness
             herein specified according to the tenor and effect of the
             said promissory note then this obligation and every clause
             herein to be null and void otherwise to remain to be
             of full force and virtue    In witness whereof the said
             Benjamin Waldo has hereunto set his hand and seal the
             day and year first above written

             State of Florida } Before me A.S. Goin Clerk the Circuit Court for the County
             Marion County    } of Marion personly came S.M.G. Gary a subscribing witness
             to the foregoing instrument of writing who being duly sworn says that he
             together with J. Hamilton Quinby witnessed the signing sealing and delivery of
             the Same by Benjamin Waldo whose name is thereunto signed
