This Indenture made this Fifth day of
January AD Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven, between Daniel Polk of
Alachua County Florida party of the first part and Lemuel Wilson
of the Same County and State party of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the Said party of the first part in Consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred dollars lawful Money of the United States
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Hath granted, bargained and Sold, and by these presents
doth grant bargain and Sell unto the Said Lemuel Wilson
his heirs and assigns, all the following described premises to
wit the North Half of the North East quarter, and the
North half of the North West quarter of Section five Township
Eight South Range Seventeen East Containing One hundred
and twenty acres More or less being the Same Conveyed by the Trustees
of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida on the
18th day of Jul 1859 to William Osteen and afterwards Conveyed
by Samuel Burnett Esqr Sheriff of Alachua County Fla on 17th
Jany 1861 to Said party of the first part, To Have and to hold
the Said premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the Sad party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns forever, and the Said premises, the Said party of the
First part his heirs and assigns will against himself and
all persons claiming by through or under him or them will
forever warrant and defend

Nancy C. Polk wife of Daniel Polk the Grantor in the above
Conveyance having in Consideration of the presents, and the Sum

grantee do hereby relinquish, renounce, release, and transfer
the Said Lemuel Wilson all my right Equity and estate of dower
