Bibb County      } This Indenture, made the twentyeth
day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred & sixty six, between Samuel Boykin of the County
of Bibb of the one part, and Alexander P. Price of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the other part: Witness
=eth, that the said Samuel Boykin for and in consid
=eration of the sum of six thousand, five hundred dollars
in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Alexander
P. Price his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel
of Land, situate lying and being in the said County
of Alachua and said State of Florida being the planta
=tion heretofore conveyed to Robert A. Child of the said
State & County last aforesaid, to the said Samuel
Boykin which is described as follows, viz, Four hun
