and relinquish unto the aforesaid William Strickland
party of the second part, all my right, title, and interest

=ion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her

                 This Indenture made this the 15th
day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred & sixty six, Between Thomas C. Standley
of the County of Marion, State of Florida of the first part
and Geo A. Penny of the County of Alachua & State aforesaid
of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of 
Two hundred dollars $200) lawful money of the United
States of America to him in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, doth, grant
Sell, release, & convey to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the Town of 
Gainesville and described as follows to wit,= Block
four (4) of Range five (5) Together with all and 
singular the tenements, heriditaments and appur
=tinances; and all the estate, title & interest of the said
party of the first part, therein contained, And the party
of the first part doth hereby covenant & agree to & with
the party of the second part that at the time of delivery here
