                     This Indenture Made and entered
into this 24th day of December in the year AD 1866
between John M. Feaster party of the first part and Dorcus
D. McRory widow of the Second part, Witnesseth, that
whereas a Marriage is intended to be had and
Solemnized between the Said parties to this Indenture and
whereas the Said parties have heretofore been married here
to respectively and each now have children living the
issue of Said former Marriages, and whereas the Said
parties respectively are Seized, and possessed each in
their right of large property, both real and personal,
Consisting in lands and tenements, rights, and credits
goods & chattles, and whereas the Said parties feeling it
a Solemn duty which they owe to the Said Children of
their former Marriages respectively as well as for the
better understanding of their own affairs, it is hereby
mutually, agreed, Stipulated, and firmly arranged that
after the Said Marriage Shall been Solemnized, that the
Said parties do Severally and Mutually Covenant to and
with Each other for the Consideration above Stated that
they will, and do hereby renounce, and Surrender
any and all claim at Law or in Equity, which they or
Either them might or would have by Statutes or at Common
law into or out of any part or parcel of the Said lands
and Tenements now owned by the Said parties respect
=tively and that each one Shall have full and perfect
right to Sell or dispose of by bequest or manage and
control the Same in any manner fully and freely and
without let or hinderance from the other in any wise
whatever, and the personal property of what character
Soever to be like wise free from all claim or Control
and at its disposal of us parties Respectively
And it is hereby further Stipulated and agreed
by the Said parties Mutually that neither one
Shall be made liable for or required to pay for
