do hereby certify that the foregoing relinquishment 
of dower was taken signed and sealed in my
presence by Sarah A. Frier to me well known
she at the same being separate and apart from
her said husband and declaring that the same
was done freely and voluntary with out any fear
apprehension or constraint from her said husband

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the Twelfth
day of March One thousand Eight hundred & sixty seven
between Philip Dell and Mary M. Dell his wife parties
of the first part of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and Francis P. Olmstead of the County and
State aforesaid party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in 
consideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars to
them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained and sold, and 
by these presents doth bargain & sell unto the party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever all and
singular the following described premises, lying and
being situate in the Town of Newnansville County and
State aforesaid to wit part of Lot three and Lot four
Block four Range two, Commencing at the North
East corner of said Block running South Two hun
