feet thence North Two hundred & ten 210 feet thence East
one hundred & thirty 130 feet to place of beginning
together with all and singular the heriditaments and
appurtinances thereunto belonging and the reversions
remainders rents issues & profits thereof, and also all
the Estate, right, title, dower right of dower in trust
claim or demand whatsoever of them the said parties
of the first part either in Law or in Equity of in or to the
above bargained premises and every part or parcel thereof
And the parties of the first part will warrant the title
of the above described premises, to the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever
