This Indenture made this the twenty third day of May
in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty
Seven, Between Lemuel Wilson and Rafalia his wife of the first
part, of the County of Alachua & State of Florida, and Francis P.
Olmstead of the same place of the second part Witnesseth: that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars to them in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, sold, and conveyed and by these presents doth
bargain, grant, sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all those certain tracts or parcels of land lying in
the County and State aforesaid known on the plat of the United
States Land office as the West half of the North East Quarter of
the South West Quarter and the South East quarter of the South
West quarter, and the South West quarter of the South East
Quarter of Section Twelve (12) and the North half of the North
East Quarter, and the North East Quarter of the North West
Quarter of Section Thirteen all in Township Eight, South of
Range Eighteen containing two hundred & twenty acres, more
or less, according to the United States Survey of said lands
and also the following tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the Town of Newnansville known on the plat or plan of
said Town as Block No Six (6) of Range No three (3) conta
ining four acres more or less, To Have and to hold, all and
Singular the said premises with the appurtinances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said
party of the first part his heirs and assigns forever, And we
the said parties of first part do hereby covenant to and
with the said party of the second part that we are possessed
of a good and legal estate in the premises above described
and have full right to sell and convey the same and that
we will forever warrant and defend the same to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, in witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this the date
