One year from the first day of October next, at which time
the said Clark is to have peaceable possession of said property
and the said Porter binds himself to have the said House fitted
up painted and papered thoroughly inside and out, by the
first day of October next, and for and in consideration of the use
of said property the said Clark binds himself to pay the said
Porter Seven hundred dollars for the year payable quarterly as
follows, One hundred & Seventy five dollars on the first day of Janu
=ary 1868 One hundred & Seventy five dollars on the first day of April
1868, One hundred & Seventy five dollars on the first day of July 1868 and
One hundred & Seventy five dollars on the first day of October 1868
Witness our hands and sealed with our Seals this day and year

                   This Indenture made this the Sixth day of
April AD 1867 between William B. Lewis of said State and County of
the first part & John R. Zetrouer of the same State and County
of the second part Witnesseth that the said William R. Lewis
for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Six hun
=dred Dollars to him in hand paid by the said John R. Zetrouer
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does by these presents
give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said John
R. Zetrouer his heirs and assigns, two certain town lots of land
lying and being in the town of Gainesville in said State and 
County & known and distinguished in the plans of said
town as lot four (4) Block Three (3) Range Two (2) Also Lot two (2)
Block (3) three Range (7) Seven together with all the privileges
and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
=taining - To have and to hold the above granted premises to
the said John R. Zetrouer his heirs and assigns in fee simple
And the said William R. Lewis will and his heirs Executors
and Administrators, shall the said property to the said John
R. Zetrouer his heirs Executors & Administrators forever warrant
and defend against the lawful claim or demands of all
persons whatsoever - And I the said Anna P. Lewis wife of
the said William R. Lewis for the consideration aforesaid
