freely & voluntarily & without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband - In Testimony whereof
the said Anna P. Lewis has hereunto set her hand & affixed her
seal this Sixth day of April AD 1867

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this 4th day of
March AD 1867 Between John O. Cosby Sheriff of Alachua
County and State aforesaid of the first part and John
R. Bevill of the same place of the second part, Witnesseth
that whereas, by virtue of a writ of Fi Fa issued out of
the Circuit Court in and for said County and to the
said Sheriff directed he was commanded that of the
goods and chattles lands & tenements of David A. Frier he
cause to be made the sum of One hundred & fifty two ($152)
dollars 77/100 with interest thereon & cost of Suit which
John R. Bevill and others lately recovered in the Circuit Court
of Alachua County against said Frier, and whereas
the said Sheriff by virtue of said writs did on the 30th
day of January 1861 levy on and seize the property herein
after described and whereas the said J.O. Cosby Sheriff as
aforesaid did by virtue of said writs, and pursuant to
the Statutes in such case made, duly advertise the said
