the other any debt demand or claim of any Kind or
character whatever, Contracted by Either previous to the
Solemnization of said Marriage, but that each one Shall
answer and meet any and all Such demands from their
respective Estates, and finally that the Said parties Shall
in all respects be and remain as though they had
never married, as regards their Separate Estate or liability
to others contracted or incurred previous to the Signing
and delivery hereof - In testimony whereof the parties have

Court of Alachua County, personally came W.K. Turner one of
the Subscribing witness to the foregoing Indenture who being duly
Sworn Says on oath that he Saw the Same, Signed, Sealed
and delivered by the parties, whose names are thereto
Subscribed for the purposes therein Contained, and Set

                     To all to whom these presents Shall come
I Mary A. Thornton of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
Administratrix of the goods and Estate which were of
Edward G. Berry late of the County & State aforesaid deceased
Whereas by an order of the Judge of Probate of Alachua
County, I the Said Mary A. Thornton was licensed and
empowered to Sell and Convey the real estate of the Said
Edward G. Berry hereinafter described, and whereas I the
Said Mary A. Thornton, having given public notice of the
intended Sale according to the law, in Such cases made
and provided for, did pursuant to Said notice, Sell by public
auction, the real estate of the Said Edward G. Berry herein
after described to Robt W. Campbell of the County & State aforesaid
for the Sum of Five hundred & Eighty dollars he being the
highest bidder therefor, Now therefore Know Ye that
I Mary A. Thornton by virtue of the power and authority in
me vested as aforesaid, and in Consideration of the
aforesaid Sum of $508 to me paid by the Said Robt
W. Campbell do hereby grant, bargain, and Sell unto the
