Dollars Lawful Money of the United States, to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, conveyed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever, All that piece or par
=cel of land lying in the County of Alachua & State of Florida
known and described as follows, beginning at the half
mile stake on the Eastern boundary of Section 30, Township
nine, Range twenty (20) Arradondo Grant, County & State
aforesaid, and running West along said half mile
line to the West side of Hogtown Creek, thence South
along the West bank, of said Creek, to a opposite the
North of a branch, known as Baileys branch, Thence East
along said branch to where said branch intersects the
Section line being the Eastern boundary of Section 30, T 9
Range 20, thence North along said boundary to point
of beginning containing forty acres more or less together
with all and Singular the tenements heriditaments and
appurtinances thereunto belonging or in a way appertaining
and also all the Estate right title, interest, claim or
demand whatsoever both in law or in Equity, which the said
Intestate had in his life time of in or for the same To have and
to hold the above premises above mentioned and described with
their appurtinances, unto the parties of the Second part their
heirs and assigns to their own proper use behoof and benefit
forever - In Witness whereof the said party of the first part
has hereunto set their hands & seals the day and year
