Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents, that
I Daniel M. Finger and Francis V. Seagle both of the
County and State aforesaid parties of the first part, for and 
in consideration of the sum of Nine hundred and ninety
one 18/100 dollars to them in hand paid, by Isaac B. Nich
=ols of said State & County the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged; Have granted, sold, aliened, conveyed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell & convey and
deliver unto the party of the Second part all that lot
tract or parcel of Land lying and being and Situate in
the county and state aforesaid, containing forty acres more
or less known and described as follows; Beginning at
the half mile Stake, on the Eastern boundary of Section 30
thirty Township (9) Nine Range (20) Twenty Arradondo Grant
State & County aforesaid, and running West along said
half mile line to the West side of Hog Town Creek, to
a point opposite the mouth of a branch known as
Baileys Branch, thence East along said branch to where
said branch intersects the Section line, being the Eastern
boundary of S 30, T 9, R 20, Thence North along said
boundary to point of beginning = To Have and to hold
the said bargained premises to him the party of the second
part in fee simple, Together with all and Singular the
rights privileges, improvements and appurtinances there
unto belonging or in any wise thereunto appertaining
and the said party of the first part for themselves
their heirs, Executors and administrators the said barg
=ained premises as aforesaid, will forever warrant and
defend unto the said party of the Second part, his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns, as far in law &
Equity they may be required to do, against the claim or
claims of any other person or persons whatever - In
Witness whereof the parties of the first part have signed
