=ises -- James B. Bailey of the County & State aforesaid has granted
and Conveyed to D.M. Finger & F.V. Seagle Known and
trading under the firm of Finger & Seagle the right &
privilege to cut timber off of Section 29 Range 20 Township
9 for the use of their Saw Mill Situated on Hog Town
Creek in Section 20 Township 9 Range 20 the considerations
are that the Said Finger & Seagle deliver to the said
Bailey when required Suitable lumber and in Sufficient
quantity to build a gin house and appurtinances
and the further consideration of One dollar the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged ~~ In Witness whereof
I have hereunto *ent my hand & Seal, this the 5th day of
March 1863
