Letitia A. Harvard wife of the aforesaid Stephen F. Harvard for
and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars to me in
hand paid, at and before the Ensealing and delivery of
these presents, do hereby release, relinquish and quit claim
all right title, and interest of Dower which I may or Can
have in and to the foregoing described Lands

County and State Mrs Letitia A. Harvard wife of the aforesaid
Stephen F. Harvard, who acknowledged that the foregoing
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower is made freely and
voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint or fear of
or from her said husband - In Witness whereof the said
Letitia A. Harvard has hereunto Set her hand and seal this
thirteenth day of June AD Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven

Six between James B. Dawkins of Alachua County and
State of Florida of the first part and John R. Bevill of the
same County and State of the second part
