his heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or 
parcel of Land lying and being in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida which is in the Arredondo
Grant and described as follows to wit Commencing 
at the North West corner of Section (31) Thirty one
Township Nine (9) South of Range Nineteen (19) East
running East Two Thousand Two hundred and Eighty
nine feet (20289) to the Main big road leading
from Newnansville to Mrs Ramseys thence following
the meanderings of said public road to the south
line of Section (31) Thirty one in T (9) south of range
(19) E, thence west Four Thousand Five hundred &
twenty nine feet (4529) to the south west corner of section
(31) T (9) R (19) thence North along the Western line
of said section (31) to the beginning corner supposed
to contain Four hundred & nine acres & 2/100 of an acre
reserving a half acre around the Grave yard in said
tract not intended hereby to be conveyed
         To have and to hold the same together with
all and singular the tenements and all the Estate title
and interest of the said parties of the first part therein:
And said party of the first part doth hereby covenant
and agree with the said party of the second part that
that at the time of delivery hereof the said party of
the first part is the lawful owner of the premises
above granted and conveyed in fee simple absolute
and that he will warrant and defend the above granted
premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever:

     Personally appeared before me C.J. Dawkins wife of James
B. Dawkins who being Examined be my separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledged under her hand and
seal that this relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
in the above described lands is made freely & voluntarily and
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband
