Personaly appeared before me S.P. Bevill Clerk Circuit Court
Stephen C. Bevill one of the foregoing witnesses with Thos O. Stewart
and Leon Dozier Jr after being duly sworn says that he saw
Matilda S. Brown sign the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein
mentioned

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that Wm F.
Alachua County } Nigles of the State and County aforesaid for
and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid, by Joseph A.C. Jones of said State and
County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Joseph A.C. Jones all that lot, tract or parcel of land lying
and being and situated in the Town of Gainesville State and
County aforesaid, and known in the plan or on the map of
said town, as one half of the south half of lot No one
Block (3) three Range four (4) containing a front of sixty
feet by a depth of sixty feet. To have and to hold the
said bargained premises in fee simple to him the said
Joseph A.C. Jones his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever together with all and singular the rights
title priviledges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and the said
Wm F. Nigles for himself his heirs executors and admin
-istrators, the said bargained premises unto the said
Joseph A.C. Jones his heirs Executors, administrators and
assigns, will forever warrant and defend as far as in
Law and Equity he or they may be bound to do against
the claim or claims of any other person or persons
whatsoever. And be it known that Mrs Hattie S. Nigles
wife of the said William F. Nigles for and in consideration
of the sum of five Dollars to her in hand paid as well as
for divers other good and sufficient reasons doth hereby
assign, release and forever quit claim unto the aforesaid
Joseph A.C. Jones his heirs, Executors administrators and
assigns all her right claim possibility of Dower in or out
of the aforesaid described premises
In Testimony whereof the aforesaid William F.
Nigles and Mrs Hattie S. Nigles his wife have signed
sealed and delivered these presents this 9th day of
