Nassau County    } This Indenture made and entered into this
first day of July, In the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty Seven, by and between McQueen Sanders of the 
first part, and William R. Funston and James H. Burst
Merchants and copartners doing business under and by the
name and Style of Funston & Burst of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Two thousand dollars to him in hand paid by
the parties of the second part, at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
in the manner following, to wit, Twelve hundred dollars in an
account of said parties of the second part against Ephraim
Harrison Senior, which the party of the first part accepts as cash
without recourse on or to said parties of the second part, if not
paid, cancelled, and satisfied by the said Ephraim Harrison
Senior and Eight hundred dollars in current funds making
a total of two thousand dollars, as aforesaid, Hath granted
bargained, sold, aliened, and conveyed, and by these presents
doth grant bargain, sell, alien, and convey unto the said parties
of the second part all that certain Lot, tract or parcel of land
to wit, the East half of Section thirty three of Township Six
South of Range twenty two East containing Three hundred & Eighteen
and Eighty three one hundredths Acres Also the North East
quarter of section Thirty four of township Six South Range twenty
two East containing One hundred & Seventy two acres and Ninety
six (96/100) One hundredths acres, Lying and being part in the
County of Alachua and part in the County of Bradford
Together with all and singular the rights and members
tenements and heriditaments and appurtinances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining - To Have and to hold
