land and the appurtinances and improvements as aforesaid
unto the said parties of the Second part, their heirs and assigns
to their only proper use and behoof in fee simple forever, And
the said party of the first part, covenants with the said parties of
the second part that he is lawfully seized in fee simple
of said lands and premises, and has good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same and he will and doth by these
presents, and that his heirs, Executors and administrators shall
forever warrant and defend the title herein and hereby conveyed
to said lands and premises unto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns against the claims of himself
his heirs and against all persons claiming or to claim the same
by any title whatever - In Witness whereof the said party of the
first part hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the
day and year first above written

Alachua^County    } Known all men by these presents that
I Victoria A. Sanders, wife of McQueen Sanders have in consideration
of ten dollars to me in hand paid by William R. Funston and James
H. Burst, relinquished, renounced, and conveys my dower and 
right of dower in and to the lands this day bargained, and sold
by said McQueen Sanders to said William R. Funston and
James H. Burst unto the said William Funston and James
H. Burst, their heirs and assigns forever July 1st 1867

Nassau County    } I hereby certify that Mrs Victoria A. Sanders
wife of McQueen Sanders, appeared before me and in an exami
=nation separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged
that she executed the foregoing relinquishment and conveyance
of dower of her own free will and accord, voluntarily and
without any fear, constraint or compulsion of or from her said
husband - Witness my hand and official Seal
