County of Alachua } This Indenture made this Eighteenth
day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
& Sixty Seven, Between John William Dewren and his wife Eliza
E. Dewren of the State and County aforesaid parties of the first
part and Stephen McCall of the same place party of the second 
part Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred & fifty
dollars paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold,
and conveyed unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns all that Lot parcel or piece of land, situate
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in the County & State
aforesaid and known and distinguished in the plan of the said
Town of Gainesville as Lots No Two (2) Block Three (3) Range Six
(6) being two hundred feet back and one hundred feet front or there
abouts - To Have and to hold the above described Lott or parcel
of Land unto the said Stephen McCall his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple and the said John Williams Dewren and
his wife Eliza E. Dewren shall and will said piece or parcel
of Land, together will all the rights members appurtinances
and heriditaments unto the same belonging forever warrant and
defend unto the said Stephen McCall his heirs, and assigns
against themselves, their heirs Executors, administrators and assigns
and against the claim of all persons whatever

wife Eliza E. Dewren hath hereunto set their hands and seals the

                  Know all men by these presents that I Andrew
Robb Judge of Probate in and for Alachua County for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirteen dollars and thirteen
cents lawful money of the United States of America paid by William
