and appurtinances, and all the estate, title and interest
of the Said party of the first part therein, And the said
party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree
with the said party of the Second part, that at the time
of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises above granted and Seized
thereof in fee Simple, absolute, and that he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the peaceable
and quiet possession of the said party of the Second
part, their heirs and assigns forever - In Witness whereof

                     This Indenture made the Second
day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred Seven - Between George Dewson of the
City of Fernandina and State of Florida of the first
part, and Lemuel Wilson of the same place, Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part, for and in Consider
=ation of the sum of One hundred & Sixty one Dollars
lawful Money of the United States of America, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the Second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the said party of
the Second part, his heirs, Executors, and administrators
forever released and discharged from the Same, by these
presents, hath granted bargained, Sold, aliened,
remised, released, Conveyed, and Confirmed, and
by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, alien,
remise, release, Convey and Confirm unto the said
party of the Second part, and to his heirs and assigns
forever, All that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and said State of Florida, and more particularly
described according to the Maps and plats of the Land office
