and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to have and to hold the afore granted
premises to the said Reuben Weed & his heirs Executors &
administrators forever in fee simple, And I the said J.F.
Adkins for myself & my heirs Executors Administrators & assigns
do covenant with the said Reuben Weed his heirs Executors
& administrators that I am lawfully seized in fee of the 
aforesaid premises, that they are free from all encumbrances
that I have a good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Reuben Weed as aforesaid and I will,
and my heirs Executors Administrators shall warrant &
defend the same to the said Reuben Weed and his heirs
Executors & administrators forever against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons whatsoever In Witness whereof

of Marion and State of Florida for and in consideration of the
sum of Four hundred & fifty dollars lawful money of the United
States to me in hand paid by F.P. Olmstead of the County of
Alachua and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby ack
