his heirs and assigns forever - And the said
Burrell T. Stokes for himself his heirs, administrators
and Executors does hereby and in consideration of the
premises, warrant, and will forever defend the title to

and appurtinances, unto the said Ignatious Griffin
his heirs and assigns, from and against himself

all persons claiming or holding under him the said

                    This Indenture made and entered into
this the Twenty fourth day of July Anno Domini One thousand
Eight hundred Sixty seven - Between Samuel B. McLin
and Mary McLin of the county of Nassau and State
of Florida parties of the first part and Calvin B. Dibble
of the State of New York party of the second part, Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consid
=eration of the sum of Seventy Seven hundred & fifty dollars
to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
