South half of Section twelve (12) and the East quarter
of the North East quarter, and the North East quarter
of the North of the North East quarter, and the South
East quarter of the North East quarter of Section twelve
(12) Township Eight Range Seventeen (17) and the
West half of Lot number two (2) in Section Seven
Township Eight Range Eighteen East containing Five
hundred and thirteen acres more or less - Together
with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise appur
=taining and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and rents, issues, and profits thereof; and also all the
Estate, right, title, interest, dower and right of dower
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well
in law as in Equity of the said parties of the first part, of
in, and to the same and every part and parcel thereof, with
the appurtinances, To Have and to hold, the aforesaid
bargained premises, together with all and Singular the
rights, members, tenements, hereditaments and appurtinances
to the same belonging, unto the said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their own sole and
proper use benefit, and behoof in fee Simple
And the said parties of the first part for their heirs
Executors, and administrators to hereby Covenant with
the said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
that they are lawfully Seized of said premises, as of fee
and have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same and that they will, and their heirs, Executors, and
administrators Shall forever Warrant and defend the title
to said premises unto the said Calvin B. Dibble of the
Second part his heirs and assigns against the claim
of any and all persons whomsoever

I, Mary A. McLin wife of the above named Samuel B.
McLin do by these presents, made and executed by me
separate and apart from my said husband and in

State, acknowledge and declare that I did make myself
a party to the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing my right of Dower in and to the lands
in said Conveyance described and granted and that said
