This Indenture made this the fifteenth
day December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty six between Thomas C. Standley of the County
of Marion State of Florida of the First part, and J.B. Brown
and George A. Penny of the County of Alachua & State aforesaid of
the Second part - Witnesseth, that the said party of the first
part, for and in Consideration of the Sum Two hundred ($200)
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to
him in hand paid at and before the ensealing & delivery
of these presents, doth, grant, Sell, release, & Convey to the
Said parties of the Second part, their heirs and assigns
