release and convey to the said party of the 
Second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all his
right title & interest in that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
and described as follows, to wit, Block Six (6) of
Range five (5), together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtinances, and all
the Estate, title and interest of the said party of 
the first part therein contained, and the said party
of the first part, doth hereby covenant and agree to
and with the said party of the second part that at
the time of the delivery hereof, the said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute, and as
he will warrant and defend, the above granted premis
=es in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever

first part & Fred S. Roux of the other part all of
said County & State, Witnesseth, that the said parties
of the first part for & in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, have sold, & conveyed & by these presents
do sell & convey to said Party of the Second part, a
certain parcel of land, Containing Twenty one acres
more or less lying in the South East corner of Section
2 Township 8 & Range 18 having an extent of (220)
Two hundred & twenty yards North & South & (456 1/2)
Four hundred & fifty six & half yards East & West
To Have and to Hold the said granted premises
