Know all men by these presents that I Perlina
A. Lackey of Bradford County Fla the lawful admin
=istratrix of the Estate of Charles K. Lidwell deceased
late of Alachua County Fla, did by an order from the
Hon Judge of Probate of Alachua County Florida, to
sell the real estate of the estate of said deceased
and after legal notice being given did sell before
the Court House door of said County at Public auction
on the fifth day of January in the year 1857, Sell
a certain tract or parcel of land belonging to the
said estate lying in said State and County and known
and designated by the United States Survey as the West
half of the North West quarter of Section Seven of
Township Eight Range Nineteen East, and the South
East quarter of the North East quarter of Section
twelve, Township Eight Range 18 East containing 120
acres more or less, And A. Hague being the highest
bidder the sum of Six hundred and six dollars, and
the said A. Hague having complied with the terms
of sale in all respects I the said Administratrix do
hereby and by the authority vested in me grant, convey
and confirm unto the said purchase his heirs and
assigns full right title, and possession to the above descri
=bed land and its appurtinances, To Have and to
hold the same forever in fee Simple - In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of
January AD 1867 }
