dollars bargain, sell, and convey unto A. Hague of Alachua
County all my right of dower or interest in the within
described lands and do hereby covenant, and agree to and
with the said A. Hague to warrant and defend my third
or dower to him against the claim of all persons
whatsoever, and further agree to give him at any future

State aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred & fifty Dollars, to them in hand paid by Archi
-bald Hague Jnr of the County & State aforesaid, the said Peter
Oneal in right of his wife and She the said Elizabeth wife
of the said Peter Oneal in her own right have bargained &
sold and do by these presents Grant, bargain sell and
convey unto the said Archibald Hague Jr his heirs and 
assigns the following described lands to wit = The South
East Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section twenty
two in Township Eight South of Range Nineteen East
containing forty 55/100 Acres and lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida - To Have and 
to hold unto the said Archibald Hague Jr and his
heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple - In testimony
whereof we the said Peter Oneal in right of his wife and
the said Elizabeth in her own right doth sign, seal and
