=ideration of one dollar to me paid in hand, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release, relin
=quish & quit claim unto Edward Jones his heirs Execu
=tors & administrators all my right claim or possibility of
dower in or out of the real estate conveyed in the foregoing

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 17th day of
September Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven between Henry R.
Thomas of said State & County of the first part as trustee
or agent of his Mrs M.C. Thomas and Henry Avery of
same place of the second part - Witnesseth = That the
said Thomas Sells bargain and conveys to the said
Avera, all his interest in the crop on the Snowden
Plantation in said County, on the following condition
which are hereby agreed to by the said Avera, The said
Avera agrees to pay for the entire rent of said plantation
for the year Eighteen hundred & sixty seven, and to reim
-burse said Thomas for the amount which said Thomas
has advanced for Engine, Beltings, gins, and appurtina
=nces, The said Avera is to furnish Cotton out of this
years crop made on the Snowden Plantation or Elsewhere
as soon as said Cotton can be picked & ginned, to be
