hath, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and
doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the said James A. Brock his heirs and
assigns, all that tract or parcel of land, Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua & State
aforesaid and known and described as the East
half of the North West quarter and the South West
quarter of the North West quarter of section twenty five
in Township Ten South of Range Fifteen East contain
=ing One hundred & Nineteen and 95/100 acres, To have
and to hold said tracts or parcels of land unto the
said James A. Brock his heirs and assigns together with
all and singular the rights, members, and appurtinances
thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee
simple and the said Mary Ann Hagan for herself her heirs
executors and administrators the said bargained premises
unto the said James A. Brock his heirs and assigns will
warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof
against themselves & against the claims of all other persons
whatever - In Witness whereof the said Mary Ann
Hagan hath hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal
