of the first part having obtained an order from
the probate Court of Alachua County to sell the real
estate hereinafter described as required by said
order and the said party of the second part being
the highest bidder for said real estate, which is 
hereinafter described purchased the said real
estate for One thousand Dollars, And the said
party of the second part having complied with the
terms of sale by giving good and sufficient sureties
for the purchase money and a decree of the Court
for the execution of title to said real Estate having
been granted, Therefore, know all men by these presents
that I Andrew Crosby Administrator of the Estate of 
William Crosby as aforesaid party of the first part
under an order from the probate Court, have, bargai
=ned sold and conveyed unto the said Silas Weeks
party of the second part his heirs and assigns the
following described real estate of William Crosby
deceased sold and described as follows to wit
The North half of the South East quarter of Section
five, And the North East quarter of the North
East quarter of Section Eight, North half of North
East quarter of the North West quarter of section Eight
Township Seven South of Range Twenty one East and
the South East quarter of the North East quarter
of section Five Township Seven Range twenty one South
and East, containing Two hundred acres more or less in 
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, To Have
and to hold said real estate, together with all and
Singular the rights, title, claim interest and appurtin
=ances to the same or in any wise appertaining to the proper
use and behoof of the Silas Weeks party of the second
part his heirs and assigns and administrators forever
in fee simple and the said party of the first part for
himself his heirs Executors and administrators do hereby
covenant with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized as of
fee simple and have good right to sell and convey the
same as said administrators, and they will and their

heirs, Executors and administrators shall forever^defend
the said titles to the said premises as such administra
=tor unto the said Silas Weeks of the second part his
heirs and assigns against the claim of all persons
lawfully claiming the same - In Witness whereof I
have hereunto the said Andrew Crosby party of the
first part have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal as such administrator, the day and date
first above written
