Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents that
I Nancy Crosby wife of Wm Crosby the deceased mentioned
in the within Deed for and in Consideration of the Sum of
three hundred & twenty two Dollars to me in hand paid in
likely Stock of Cattle by the heirs of Said deceased before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents have remised, relea
=Sed and forever quit claim, and do by unto the said
release heirs and to her heirs and assigns all manner of
dower and other interest, right or title, whatever which I
the said Nancy Crosby now have may might or should
or ought to have or come of in or to out of the within described
premises with the appurtinances granted to the said
Silas Weeks and every part and parcel & Share, and I the
Said Nancy Crosby do hereby acknowledge and declare
that I freely and Voluntarily renounce and relinquish
the Same without any fear compulsion of apprehension
from the said hiers or any of them - In Witness where
of I the said Nancy Crosby have hereunto Set my hand
and Seal this the 27th day of August AD 1867

relinquished and renounced all her dower and right
of dower in and to the premises described without any
Compulsion or fear of or from the said heirs or any of
them - Given under my hand and seal at Starke
