                 This Indenture made this the 12th 
day of January AD 1867 between Lemuel Wilson of the
County of Alachua & State of Florida, and Annie Powers of
the same place Witnesseth - that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three
Hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the
Sealing and delivery of these presets the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold & conveyed
and by these presents doth bargain & sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part and to her heirs and 
assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land in the
Town of Newnansville in the County and State aforesaid
described on the plat or plan of said Town as Block
four (4) of Range Five (5) containing four acres more or 
less according to the survey of said Town - To Have
and to hold all and Singular the said premises
with the appurtinances unto her the said party of the
second part her heirs & assigns forever in fee simple
and I the said party of the first part for myself my
heirs executors & administrators do hereby covenant &
agree to warrant and defend the title to the said prem
=ises against all and every person lawfully claiming the
same or any part thereof Witness my hand & seal
