Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Lassiter of the 
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration
of the sum of One thousand dollars to me in hand paid by John
G. Reardon of said County and State at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
=wledged, have granted bargained, sold, conveyed, aliened, remised
released, and confirmed; and do by these presents grant, bargain
sell, convey, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said John G. Reardon, the following described lots of land lying and
situate in the Town of Newnansville Alachua County State of
Florida, and known and described on the map of said Town
on file in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Alachua County, as
follows, to wit: Lots Number one (1) and two (2) and part of number
three (3) also part of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) and block number
four (4) Range number two (2) Bounded as follows Commencing on
the North West Corner of said Block running East two hundred &
Ninety feet (290) thence South two hundred & ten (210) feet thence West one
hundred and fifty five (155) feet to the North West Corner of Jessie T.
Bernards Lot, thence South Ninety six (96) feet to the North East corner
of Dr E.R. Powers lot thence West One hundred & thirty five (135) feet thence
North three hundred & six (306) feet to the place of beginning or North
West Corner except to much of said lots as is occupied by John G.
Rawls where his Store House stands which conveyances One hundred &
three (103) feet South of the beginning or North West Corner of said
Block running fifty five (55) feet front and Seventy six (76) back or
East, with all the appurtinances, and all the claim, right, title,
and demand of me the said Samuel Lassiter in and to the 
premises, To Have and to hold the same with the appurtinances
unto the said John G. Reardon his heirs and assigns forever in fee
simple, and I the said Samuel Lassiter for myself and my heirs
Executors and administrators do hereby covenant grant and
agree to and with the said John G. Reardon, that I am now
the owner of the said premises, and that I am seized of a
good indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and that I
have full right and power to sell and convey the same in fee
simple absolute: that the said premises are free and clear of all
incumbrances; that the said John G. Reardon and his heirs
and assigns may forever hereafter have, hold, occupy possess
and enjoy the same without any suit, molestation, trouble, or
eviction by any person whatsoever lawfully claiming any right
therein; and that I the said Samuel Lassiter and all
persons hereafter claiming under me, will at any time hereafter
at the request and expense of the said John G. Reardon his
heirs and assigns make all such further and other assuran
=ces for the more effectually conveying of the said premises
with the appurtinances as may be required by him or them
and that I the said Samuel Lassiter, will and my heirs
Executors and administrators shall warrant and forever
