Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
we George M. Galpin and Hannah E. Galpin his wife have
this day for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred
Dollars to us paid by John G. Rawls, sold bargained, granted
demised and delivered and by these presents doth Sell, bargain
grant and deliver unto the said John G. Rawls his heirs and
assigns forever the following described town lot situate in the
Town of Newnansville to wit commencing One hundred feet from
the North West corner of Block four Range two running a
distance of fifty two feet due South and thence running back
or East Seventy five feet, making in all thirty nine hundred
Square feet of ground The said John Rawls his heirs and assigns
To Have and to hold the said lot of land & all the appurtinan
=ces, thereto belonging forever, And I the said George M. Galpin
do bind myself my heirs & assigns to warrant and defend
the said land against the claim or claims of any person or 
persons, and do by these presents guarantee unto the said
John Rawls & his heirs the peaceable possession of the said
lands and the appurtinances, thereunto, In testimony whereof
